The food was delicious fast serving, A great place to take the family and have fun playing bowling, The drinks were very strong just how I like them and the wine was super good. A big shout out to Jonathan the chef, Daniel, Ceasar & Ricardo they treated us like family!!
Tried Backlot during their soft opening - service was great and food was delicious. I had the burrata appetizer and the classic Detroit pizza. Both were delicious and discounted during happy hour. We will definitely be back!
I think they have the best detroit style in Milwaukee mainly because their ingredients seem higher quality. I like Jets pizza crust better but this places toppings are way better.
Great Detroit style pizza and general menu at Bayshore. Place is super upscale finish. We got the barbecue Pizza a back lot salad and our son got the bacon mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is one of the best he said he ever had. Salad with super hearty and the pizza was fully loaded with toppings. Our server was very responsive though she was the only one working. Nice bar selection as well. Some of the usual on tap with a couple of unique items. Best part is being right next to the ACX games including air hockey and just recently added high-end ping pong tables. Great night for entertainment or out with the family.
Friendly service, a nice atmosphere, and extremely tasty pizza with some of the best crust I’ve ever had. If you like pan pizza, you’ll definitely love this Detroit style. I would absolutely recommend Backlot Pizza - I know I’ll be returning! A great restaurant to stop at after a bit of shopping.

My wings were exquisite! We also had the Cesar Salad too. Both were amazing. The cocktails were on point too. The service didn’t miss a beat. Sheldon did an incredible job training staff. They were attentive and made sure we were okay every step of the the way. I will be back very soon.
I checked out Backlot Pizza Kitchen Bayshore tonight! Food and drinks were amazing! Pizza was made to perfection; exactly how I like it. Also, I had the opportunity to meet the owners!
